1. Data controller

The data controller is KRBDN DIGITAL, a SASU with share capital of €500, whose registered office is at Le Riveau, Route de Lésigny, 86270 La Roche-Posay (SIREN 991 123 878). Contact: contact@lunoria.app.

2. Data we collect

• Reading identity: your first name and gender, to personalize and gender the reading.
• Birth data: date, place and, if you know it, time of birth. They are used solely to calculate your natal chart. For the “Your child” reading, this data concerns your child and is provided by you, as the holder of parental authority.
• Questionnaire answers: your answers, which personalize the reading’s narrative.
• Email address: to create your account, sign you in by code, and send you your readings.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Technical data: audience and browsing analytics, in line with the “Cookies” section below.

3. Why we use it

• Calculate your natal chart and produce your reading.
• Create your account, sign you in and serve your readings again.
• Process your payment and give you access to what you bought.
• Send you the service emails (code, reading, receipt).
• Improve the service and measure its audience.

4. Legal bases

Processing is based on the performance of the contract (providing the reading and managing your account), on your consent (birth data and audience analytics), and on our legitimate interest (security and improvement of the service). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

5. Processors and recipients

Your data is never sold. It is shared only with the providers necessary for the service to operate:

• MongoDB Atlas — database hosting (European Union).
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — sending of transactional emails.
• PostHog — audience analytics (European Union hosting).

6. Data retention

Your account and your readings are kept as long as your account is active, so we can serve your readings for life. You can delete your account and all your data at any time from the My readings area. Accounting data related to payments is kept for the period required by law.

7. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise them, write to contact@lunoria.app or delete your account from your area. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

8. Minors

The service is intended for adults. The “Your child” reading lets a parent read their child’s chart from data they provide themselves, as the holder of parental authority.

9. Cookies and analytics

We use a cookie strictly necessary for your login (session), and an analytics tool (PostHog, hosted in the European Union) to understand how the service is used. You can object to it via your browser settings.

10. Transparency on the calculation

The astrological positions in your reading are calculated by a deterministic astronomical engine, from your date, place and time of birth. They are never invented or generated by artificial intelligence. The reading is for entertainment and personal-development purposes, with no predictive or medical value.
